All orders to Ireland and UK under €60: €5.95 to Ireland, €9.95 to UK, €15.95 to EU.
Free delivery on all orders to Europe over €90.

Tracking

As soon as your parcel has left our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking number, so you can follow the parcel until it reaches you. You can also check the delivery status under My Account. It may take 24-36 hours before the tracking information about your parcel is available.

Delivery

If you choose home delivery, your parcel will be delivered directly to your door between 08.00 and 17.00 Monday to Friday. Read more about our DPD.

What happens if you are not at home?

If you are out when your parcel arrives, the courier will put a card in your letterbox with all the necessary information on how to collect your parcel from your postal outlet. Your parcel will be available at the depot outlet for 3 working days, after which it is automatically returned to us.
